IIndividual Development, Inc. was founded as a way to respond to the needs of people of the District of Columbia with disabilities. The foundation of our organization is steeped in a history of program innovation and service excellence designed by and for those in need of programs and services.  As a devoted organization, both our Board members and staff remain committed to the framework of our philosophy to enhance the lives of people served.
